General Info

Home is on very quiet Cul de Sac with mostly professional people including doctors, a teacher, a Pepsi plant manager and a sports announcer. Your kids have a safe 5 minute walk to either an elementary or high school. It has baseball, soccer and a track field and is a great place to get some exercise

Kitchen

The kitchen has new porcelain tile that compliments the oak cabinetry. There is plenty of storage space and a pantry beside the refrigarator and overhead cabinets and recessed lighting all the way around the kitchen and over the sink. The comment we hear most is the kitchen looks warm and inviting.

Family/Living Room

The home has been well maintained with Cathederal ceilings, Berber carpeting (no shoes) and tile in entry way. There is a large gas fireplace with matching tile around both hearth and fireplace. It has a large bow window which we enjoy all year round both in decorating and looking out onto property.

Dining Room

The dining room has new oak hardwood floor that complements the tile in the kitchen. A door with glass and a side pane of glass gives excellent views of the backyard from dining room. There is a 16x16 deck off dining room with vinyl railings, composite decking & low voltage classy caps on a timer.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The windows are designed to give maximum privacy at night but still allow you to see the moon and stars when weather permits. There is also a half bath in master bedroom and all have light Berber carpeting and large closets.

Basement

The basement is one of the driest you will find in Aroostook County and maybe in Maine. Our foundation was easily dug out of shale and this provides the best drainage possible. The basement has never had a drop of water from seepage and can be finished if desired, without fear of water damage later.
